Our History

The first meeting of the current Saucon Valley Alumni Association was held in March, 2004, and was opened by Art Antonioni (1967).  At the second meeting in April, the first election of officers was held.  In February, 2009, the Saucon Valley Alumni Association became a 501(c)(3) organization.  This allowed our organization to make a difference by accepting and raising tax deductible funds to provide our high school seniors with scholarships and by supporting many school and local community organizations and events.

Our Mission

The Mission of the Saucon Valley Alumni Association (SVAA) is to recognize and award scholarships to deserving Saucon Valley graduates who are expected to continue their education in a manner that will bring credit to Saucon Valley High School. The organization strives to keep alive memories of high school days and friendships through  association communication, yearbooks, archived records, and by providing opportunities for alumni participation in community events and activities.

Membership

Participation

The organization is open to graduates as well as  friends of Saucon Valley including parents of alumni, teachers, and community donors.

All are welcome to our meetings.  We also encourage our alumni to share a bit of their life stories on the Saucon Valley Alumni Facebook Page and to share the page with their classmates and friends.

Alumni Directory

The Saucon Valley Alumni Association published an Alumni Directory in 2014.  The directory was designed to help bring our alumni together.  Our alumni are scattered across the country and around the world.  This 2014 Alumni Directory included comprehensive biographical listings with contact information and career overviews.  Plus, there was a special section about Saucon Valley High School to help alumni reminisce about our past and learn the plans for our future.

Although a new publication is not in progress at this time, the Alumni Association continues to update information on our alumni.   To ensure your personal information is accurate, please contact us.
